The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in complex server-related technologies. They are seeking intelligent, highly motivated individuals that enjoy cutting-edge technology and have a passion for troubleshooting, learning, and sharing knowledge.

Salary 70000€-120000€

Duties include:

• Provide advanced Tier III resolutions for complex customer issues
• Design and implement multi-site Windows 2008 Active Directory infrastructures
• Design and implement Microsoft System Center deployments
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange 2010 Environment
• Manage and maintain VMware vSphere environment
• Assist provisioning department in complex customer deployments
• Generate scripts/applications as needed
• Reports to department director
• Participate in 24×7 on-call support rotation schedule

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience in managing large internet facing applications
• Extensive experience with Windows 2003/2008 Server
• Recent demonstrated successful experience designing and implementing Active Directory
• Recent demonstrated successful experience designing and implementing SCOM/SCCM
• Experience with Microsoft ADS/SMS/SUS/SCCM for software distribution and patch management
• Experience with managing VMWare ESX 3.5, 4
• Experience working with IIS
• Experience working with SQL Server
• Understanding of TCP/IP and other networking principles
• Proven effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proven effective teaming and inter-personal skills
• The ability to work on multiple projects/tasks at once and operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment and possess organization skills to balance and prioritize work
• Fluent English,German language is good to have but not required

Desired Experience/Skills:

• MSCE, VCP
• Experience working with large internet facing environments
• PowerShell Scripting
• C# Programming experience
• Experience managing SharePoint environments
